Financial Times: VŠE Represented by the Faculty of Business Administration Is the 50th Best European Business School

Today the Financial Times published its annual European Business School Rankings 2020. The Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE), represented in the ranking by the Faculty of Business Administration, ranked 50th. It fortified its position in the ranking yet one more, as in 2019 it placed 55th and in 2018 60th.

From the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, only the Polish Kozminski University ranked ahead of the Prague University of Economics and Business with 45th place. The prestigious French university HEC Paris heads the ranking for the second year running. Both HEC and VŠE are members of the CEMS Alliance.

The Financial Times European Business Schools Rankings 2020 are based on data provided by universities and their graduates. As for VŠE, these data are provided by the Faculty of Business Administration.

This is the 17th annual Financial Times ranking of European business schools. The ranking measures the schools’ quality and breadth of programmes. It is also based on the combined performance of Europe’s leading schools across the five main rankings of programmes published by the FT in 2020: MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management (MiM) and the two rankings of non-degree executive education programmes.
